Classification
Series concrete mixing plants are our traditional products. They have specifications such as HLS240, HZS200, HLS150 and HZS120, small combined mixing plants, medium and large full-automatic modern mixing plants, and the mixing host is equipped with a single machine or a dual machine combination, which are mainly designed and manufactured according to the different requirements of users. The industrial control microcomputer system is adopted for the operation control of medium and large mixing stations to realize the automatic control and measurement of the mixing station, the automatic selection of concrete proportion and gradation, and the automatic production management.
The mixing plant is equipped with additive and admixture feeding system, which is conducive to improving concrete quality and reducing production costs. The cement bin is equipped with continuous level indicator, arch breaking and vibrating dust removal devices.
This series of mixing stations can be equipped with JS, JW or Jx series mixers as the main machine of the mixing station according to user requirements.
