The intelligent packaging system is composed of full-automatic packaging machine, climbing conveyor, whole bag mechanism, code spraying and conveying, conveyor to be coded, robot palletizing, pallet warehouse, winding film coating and other components.
1. The automatic packaging machine is composed of air valve bag packaging machine, intelligent manipulator, automatic bag feeding machine, belt conveyor, intelligent control system and other components;
2. The main components are selected from international or domestic general industrial grade components to ensure the reliability of the production line and extend the service life of the production line.
3. The manipulator adopts electrical and pneumatic components of international brands.

Compared with the same products at home and abroad, the pneumatic valve bag automatic packaging machine has the huge advantages of low purchase cost and use cost, high efficiency, packaging speed of 6-8 bags/minute (conventional), and high weighing accuracy. One operator can easily manage eight sets of packaging lines;
5. The palletizing robot is manufactured by ABB of Switzerland, with stable performance.
