The control system adopts the industrial personal computer of imported famous brand and Siemens variable program controller (PLC) to automatically control the whole production process such as batching and mixing. The interface simulates dynamic display, which is intuitive and convenient to operate, and provides various report data for the production management of gypsum mortar. The system has the functions of automatic correction in advance, fault alarm, etc., which can effectively control the product quality, reduce the production cost, and facilitate the user to check and repair the equipment. The control system realizes intelligent interconnection, remote control, and the application of network and database technology makes users closely connect production with the sales, operation and management of enterprises.
The dual computer and dual control technology is adopted. Two computers control and manage the entire process flow at the same time to ensure the reliability of the system. When one of the master computers fails due to accidents, the other computer can automatically switch to the master mode to continue to control and manage the system. With the help of professional control software, the operating conditions and process flow of the equipment are dynamically displayed to achieve the control and management of the whole set of equipment.
The control system is equipped with Advantech industrial personal computer and highly reliable Siemens PLC. Schneider Omron Idec is used for the main low-voltage electrical appliances, and Asahi keiki high-precision instrument imported from Japan is used for weighing. When the upper and lower computers are all abnormal, the system can still be manually operated through the instrument display, so as to avoid the disadvantage of using the A/D module of PLC for weighing, and make the equipment highly reliable.
