Working principle of intelligent manipulator
· The intelligent manipulator can be matched with multiple types of valve mouth packing machine, and can automatically cover the valve mouth packing bag accurately on the discharge nozzle of the packing machine.
· The manipulator automatically lifts according to the system command, and the manipulator's working sequence starts;
· When the manipulator is lifted in place, the bag grabbing mechanism automatically stretches out to grasp the packaging bag;
· When the bag grabbing mechanism confirms that it has captured the packaging bag, it will automatically retract. At this time, the clamping cylinder will clamp the packaging bag from two directions;
· After the above sequence is completed correctly, the manipulator will automatically return to position and automatically cover the packaging bag on the discharge nozzle of the packaging machine.
