Product Description
The system adopts imported high-speed sampling and batching controller, Taiwan industrial control computer and control software with independent intellectual property rights to allow manual and full automatic operation controlled by computer. The system automatically adjusts the formula according to the mixing amount set by the user to achieve 50% 100% mixing rate formula and more than 40000 kinds of customer information. The mixing time and the blanking sequence of cement water additives can be flexibly set according to various requirements of concrete. The system also has the functions of material consumption statistics, production statistics, transportation statistics by vehicle number, etc.
