Automatic bagging machine is a machine that wraps products in heat shrinkable film, then heats the film to shrink and wrap the products. According to the type of machine, it can be divided into dry tunnel shrinking machine and oven shrinking machine.

According to different packaging methods, automatic bagging machines can be roughly divided into the following three types of packaging: open at both ends, which wrap the packaging in a sleeve with cylindrical or flat film and then perform thermal shrinkage operation. After completion, shrinkage ports are provided at both ends of the packaging. When using the tube film, first stretch the opening of the tube film, then use the groove to push the product into the tube film, and then cut the tube film. This method is more suitable for packaging cylindrical items, such as batteries, paper rolls, bottles, etc. The advantage of automatic bagging packaging machine is that it reduces 1-2 sealing processes and has a beautiful appearance. The disadvantage is that it cannot meet the requirements of product diversification and is only suitable for mass production of a single product.

Automatic bagging and packaging machine

When using an automatic bagging machine to wrap items, there are two methods: single flat film wrapping and double flat film wrapping. Compared to the width of the project and double film, the upper and lower films are wrapped and cut before wrapping. At the same time, the two films are sealed, and then the product is placed into the film through a machine or hand. After the upright person descends into place, the seal cutting mechanism is used. The product on the other side is sealed and cut, and after heat shrinkage, the film wraps the product, and the two ends of the package shrink to form an ellipse. When using a single flat film, first unfold the flat film, send the wrapped product to the middle of the flat film to form a horseshoe shaped package, and then heat and seal it.

Four sealed type, the product is wrapped with flat or cylindrical film and sealed at the seams. Used for packaging products that require sealing. The L-shaped sealing method can use a folding film. The folding film is rolled by a roller to pull out a certain length of the film and placed in a horizontal position. The open end is opened mechanically or manually, and the product is pushed to the crack.

A single-layer flat film packaging pillow bag is available. This method uses a single-sided flat film, first sealing the longitudinal seam into a cylinder, pushing the product into it, and then cutting the transverse seam seal into a pillow shaped packaging or sealing both ends of the card into a cylindrical packaging. The use of double flat film four seal packaging is similar to opening at both ends, and can only be completed by equipping the machine with sealing devices on both sides. Wrap with cylindrical film, seal and puncture only while the cylindrical film is cut, and then heat shrink. There is usually a needle next to the mouth. During heat sealing, a needle pierces a hole in the film, which often closes on its own after thermal shrinkage.

Tray shrink packaging is a typical example, where the film is first made into a square bottom bag, and then the bag is placed from top to bottom on a stacked product tray, followed by thermal shrinkage. Place the pallet loaded with products on the conveyor belt and cover it with shrink wrap bags; Enter the heat shrink channel through the conveyor belt, and complete the shrink packaging after passing through the heat shrink channel. Its main feature is that the product can be securely packaged in a certain number of units, will not loosen during transportation, and can be stacked outdoors.
